Demon Fish of the Deep

In murky depths the ghost fish lurks—an eerie, spectral predator with teeth as large as daggers, its ghostly form flickers in and out of view only during blue moons and screaming storms, when its appetite is so vast it emerges from the deep.

Local legends whisper of its hunger for lost souls and its ability to glide silently through the dark, leaving a trail of icy dread in its wake - and bewilderment alike, for where did it find such a large hat?

Sightings of this ethereal bone-chilling terror of the deep are few and far between, and those that say they spied it – they are the murmurs of tired lookouts, or perhaps superstitious sailors too deep in their cups?

Encountering this monstrous apparition is said to be a foreboding sign, a harbinger of doom that surfaces only when the waters are at their darkest.
